The company hiring process is intensely involved with connection / internal networking. Personality Quiz was sent out to top candidates before an in-person interview is conducted. Panel interview with 1 supervisor and 2 regional associate engineers. Around 10 questions asked mostly focused on factual + behavioral.
Before the interview, they may call you randomly. Be prepared to go over your resume and experiences. You might get asked why you want to work there as well. So make sure you do plenty of research on the company so you can answer accordingly. I have yet to interview but I will leave an update.

Got an email from them, was then called to interview in person at their office location in Riverside city. A few panelists interviewed me on the items on my resume and cover letter. After that they asked some technical questions about pressurized systems and public utilities distribution.

Before the interview, you are required to do an online assessment. After the assessment, someone from the department will call you about your availability for an interview. The interview was over Microsoft teams with people from the department you applied in.
