Fairly basic for this kind of position: interviews with CEO, then COO and last with development team. Talked about process, team structure, architecture, strategy and customers. Between interviews, had to contact then several times to understand what the situation was to end with no more communication once interviews done (despite contacting them to have final feedback several times). Looks this company has no time for employees and recruitment. If you are looking for transparency, this is probably not the right place.
