Within a week of submitting an application online, I got a call for a phone interview. That went very well and was mainly just a few bookkeeping questions with some inquiry as to my experience in certain areas. Within 3 days of the phone interview, I received another call for an on-site interview. I met with the two directors of Engineering and a recent hire. The interview was very relaxed and actually fun. After some questions regarding my knowledge in certain areas and about my resume, they had me run through a method on the board. After I got that right, they had me try and stump them with a problem. All in all, it was a very good experience and it was very helpful to meet and talk to someone who just started to get a feel for the place.
