My experience started with an email from the recruiter asking to set up a time for a phone screening. When the call came Taylor was very informative and listened closely to what I said, she answered all my questions and let me know upfront that she would pass on my profile to the hiring managers. The second interview was a zoom meeting with three members of the department who were all very friendly and asked some common interview questions but also asked about experiences and details listed on my resume. I felt like they wanted to know if I would fit the role and if I could learn about the position. During this whole process, it was only a couple of days in between communications and not weeks that I have been used to.
