Long decision time, unprepared interviewer, ok process. Bring documents.Smile and laugh a lot. Talked about community focus, my resources and ability to meet agency objectives. Met with others from the Agency, was asked similar questions. Asked about longevity, was told the length of the funding, no other promises.
