Still waiting for next round for tech interview. I was suprised to received the email from recruiter on the position. I got a short phone screening and then moved to next round. Hope it would focus more on work experience and education background on the next round.

There is a single 1-hour technical interview where you are asked 5-10 questions pertinent to the technology used on the role. The second half of the interview, they ask about your work experience.
Surprisingly there was no live coding, but Federal resumes emphasize work and education experience which may make it unnecessary.
