**Meet and Deal Panel Interview: **Applicants will be required to participate in a panel interview (after basic eligibility determination) to demonstrate an aptitude for meeting and dealing with the public. Applicants must pass this interview process in order to be found fully qualified for this position and receive further consideration for selection. This interview will cover typical situations, which might be encountered on the job, in person or over the telephone. Candidates must demonstrate qualities such as clarity of speech, ability to listen, ability to establish confidence and put others at ease and the ability to organize and express thoughts clearly. If you do not pass the Meet and Deal panel interview, you will not qualify for the job.

It was short I was asked one interview question about myself then it was just scenarios.
There was a two person panel with the director and the supervisor of that section. it was very easy to be comfortable because they where laid back and approachable. Just had the interview today so fingers crossed that they enjoyed me as well as I enjoyed them.

Interviewer let me know that my resume had been reviewed. I was asked to bring in for my interview my resume and reference letter. I was given the location and contact information.

One interview with 3 managers. Not very many difficult questions. I was asked about myself and given a brief description of the job duties and expectations. The interview process felt like an opportunity to for management to meet and get to know the applicants rather a screening process to determine whether or not the applicant is a good fit.
