Application involved 750 word Personal Statement plus CV submission. After invite to interview, was given around 2.5 days to prepare a 10min presentation on Improving the Change Process for Key Stakeholders.
Interview was face to face with 3 people from the wider ITSM team.
After presentation was over, a few follow up questions were asked.
Then I was asked 4 scenario based questions based on the competencies - Self Awareness, Communications and Engagement, Improving Performance and Analysis and Use of Evidence. Again follow up questions were asked.
No discussion around my current role or previous work history and wasn't asked whether I had any knowledge of SS.
Interviewers were very friendly and pleasant and very quick to put me at ease.
I've marked this as a Neutral experience as the rejection email I received was VERY generic and from an automated mailbox. No feedback given or offered, 2 lines basically saying thanks but you're unsuccessful. Given the time and effort put in by applicants (Personal Statement and Presentation plus face to face interview) I feel like the rejection emails should be way less impersonal. I've had better worded emails from companies advising me I haven't got an interview!

Very good process, made well prepared for the meeting. In person meeting with very friendly team. Support provided at every stage. Interview was on time and feedback was provided following interview.
