I participated in 3 interviews, completed a test, and delivered a business case (for which I was given 10 days to work on). Fist, I completed the test. Then, I had a screening interview with RH. They sent me a brief to develop a take home test. Once I delivered it, I had a meeting with one person from the Community Management team, and, finally, I talked to the manager of the department. The whole process took around a month and a half.
