The entire process was quick as smooth. It consisted of 4 stages of interviews with multiple members of the team, one of which technical (no code review or leetcode test, just a conversation about decisions in multiple situations for a day-to-day work) I found it to be ideal, it tells more about the programmer than a test so I was pleasantly surprised. The entire process took close to 2 weeks which is very fast for the standards in the industry, again, positively so.
