The recruitment interview consists of four stages. In the first stage, an online dating interview is held. If it is positive, a rather difficult assignment is given. If this is positive, a white-board interview is held. If this is positive, a final meeting is held to meet the team.

After sparing time and completing a long exam and 2 more interviews successfully, the company didnt return an answer for a month, and told me that they were evaluating the interviews when I followed up. After a month, they sent me a rejection email and told me to not ask for any feedback. It was a totally waste of time.
