I was interviewed by couple of member in the HR team and then one day got a generic rejection email without any personal touch. Firstly i was interviewing for an executive role that to completed 3 rounds already.
The interim Talent lead was let go after few days because that person advocated for right candidates like me and their Head brought someone too junior to lead this position. Overall the feeling i got that they are not having a good team culture within
