Phone call - very easy, just asked about past experience with customer service, and why I thought I would be good at the role. Lasted about 10 minutes, and then I was offered the role. Simple online training process as well.

The process was Quick which was more like an informal chat with a few interview style questions and asking about availability for upcoming matches. Friendly staff and day was organised
This was a great interview, very friendly people, and made you feel comfortable. Just a 1 on 1 interview with some questions and your availability and preferences. Overall, a positive experience
