I had four face to face interviews. The first one was with the HR. The other 3 was with members of the team. The HR asked pretty basic questions: Why do you want to work for Sodexo? Why CSR? The other three team members described the job more in detail and explained exactly what I would be doing. The last interviewer asked detailed questions like what environment I'm comfortable working in, what kind of team I would like to work with, who my ideal boss would be and what I like doing outside of work. I felt the interview was pretty easy and basic. It was not a stress interview, I felt they were just trying to get to know you. I didn't get the job and one thing I would caution to applicants is that you really need to interested in data analysis to apply for this job. But I think Sodexo is a really good company with a diverse workforce.
