The thing to know about the interview questions are that they are a standardized list of typically 8-12 questions targeting the key areas of that job.
During this interview process, I had a phone number call with a very nice lady followed by an interview a few days later. She seems very eager to talk to me and was willing to answer any questions and concerns I had.

Applied on line and got a Phone interview after 1 week with HR. Then met with HR for a face to face interview and then the third interview with direct Manager.

Initial phone screening was typical. The panel interview was very formal and overly structured. The interviewers were preoccupied and seemed to be focused on their phones when I was responding to their questions.
