I request all job seekers, who are really in need of job. It my humble request or you may take it as alert that please don't go for someone interview.. It is really waiting you time and energy. If you cleared two rounds and came to Final HR round. As though I have 12 years of experience also they won't selected. You will not interview my HR but some department people will take your final rounds.And ask same questions each time repeating it. They don't know how to ask questions related to role. And finally also go for the discussion of joining date and salary package but later after interview get over.. They will say that they will call you but they won't call you back. Finally I requested them to tell what was my interview update. Then they will tell that you are not shorlited. This is not happening with me alone. Few more other job seekers also face this type of response from sodexo. You can also see that in review. So poor management in sodexo. Waiting others time who are really in need of job. I wasted my whole month in this interview process to just hear I am not shorlited. No this is my humble request not to go for sodexo company for job. If you also go, don't waste ur time thinking they will call for informing you get selected. In other hand try to attend other interviews.
