After the job was first posted, I was called 3 days later to interview. I met with the Clinical Nutrition Manager. She asked me several behavioral interview questions. She asked me questions and took notes while I gave my answers - which was very distracting.

Can you tell us about a time you provided excellent customer service.
Fast, easy, digital. In depth questions and thinking. Really appreciated the interview process and professionalism. This was about 6 years ago, so I do not remember it fully. Was also an interview process with the hospital it was contracted through.

Interview process involved, phone screen with the recruiter, in person interview with general manager and Clinical nutrition manager, and then, I was offered the job by phone call. I was sent offer letter by email and told expectations once signed offer letter.
