I recently had an interview with the hiring manager based in Buffalo. I arrived for the interview well-prepared and enthusiastic about the opportunity. However, I noticed a few aspects of the interview that left me with mixed impressions. Firstly, the hiring manager arrived approximately 3-4 minutes late without offering an apology.. The conversation wasn't engaging as I showed up enthusiastic and prepared. She unfortunately wasn't able to provide me with much context. A few days after the call I was informed the position was put on pause. Companies that do this are a huge red flag.
