      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Sodexo (Burlington, ON) nel mese di gen 2016

      Colloquio

First interview was 30 minutes over the phone with a lady from HR testing soft skills. She asked about my proficiency on a scale of 1-10 in various computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, among others. She also gave me a scenario, and asked how I would complete the task. A different question she asked was to list 5 words that my friends and family would describe me as. She also asked what my salary expectations were. I received an email from her a day later for a second interview, this time in person at their office. I interviewed with the Project Manager, who I would be reporting to if I was selected for the position. He went through my resume on his laptop, asking about my education, and past experience. He also discussed a bit more about the position and what it entails. He asked what I like to do in my spare time, and what my dream job would be. It was about an hour. I was told at the end of the second interview that if I was selected to continue through the process, the next interview would be with his superiors. Just over two weeks later, I received an email from HR notifying me that I was not selected to continue through the interview process, and wishing me luck in my job search.
