Leisure interview with general questions,I was asked where do I study, what are my interests and hobbies, do I have any previous experience, afterwards I was given a short test in excel where I was supposed to do simple tasks such as SUM, etc.

Two phone interviews.
Three interviews in person on one day(2 Managers and General Manager)
Same day offer and paperwork.
Next day drug screening .
10 days later first day.
