Process was fully conducted by HR division. One interview was also conducted by Technical Competency managers. All communication was very polite. The first was a phone call from HR manager. We talked mostly about a possibility of hiring and my expectations for the career plan etc. Then it was a phone call from QC\QA Competence manager and he asked mostly to tell him my experience in QC, type of previous projects, technologies and methodologies used, etc. After all I had a 1:1 interview with a local Dev Center principal and so we discussed our vision on the starting salary and other stuff like taxes, form of employment etc.
