There isn't a interview process. You simply start to work through a subcontract or scholarship and then, if you are very good at your job and ask for very little money maybe hire you.

Java is the main need here. Additionally people expect js, angular etc. More tendency to AI. Here the interview process is bit easy and quick. We get direct interview with the team with whom we might work with and it is a great thing to take it up. As a part of the interview process learnt more and they were more matured
