I was one of the very first employees that Software Alliace has hired back in 2017. I've interviewed by Jamshed Khan and Uffe Egekvist (first game client for SA). The interview go into 3 phases. i.e:
1. In Person Interview with CEO - Jamshed Khan ( background in native Mobile App Development )
2. Client Interview + Solution Architect & Devloper
3. Salary Negociation

Uffe was building a strategy-based real-time multiplayer racing game. He and a developer asked me questions related to my qualifications as mentioned in my CV.
Basic computer science knowledge, mostly C#, OOP, and code dry runs.
