I attended the placement drive at my college. They are a very friendly bunch of people. On day one they presented a ppt regrding the company and the job role. An online test was then conducted which involved four sections. First two were multiples choice questions comprising of C,DS,oops. The third section included a debugging question and section four was coding.The difficulty level was moderate. After day 1, around 34 were shortlisted for F2F interview scheduled for the next day. ( They gave away free pens to everyone who attended the test, nice gesture).
The next day's F2F included one technical and one HR. The technical round went on for about 40 mins and he asked me about oops, asked to explain the previous day's coding problem and made me write a few functions. I had done well. He appreciated me at the end so i was pretty optimistic. I guess they had got their required candidate and were in a fix about me, a friend of mine and another person since three of us belonged to ECE. They therefore, called three of us for another technical round and chose the other person over my friend and me. Probably luck didn't pay off, but a nice experience.

This was a campus selection process - basically had 3 rounds. Students with a minimum 70% or so were eligible to attempt the first round of few MCQs and Coding questions.
The second round was face-to-face technical interview. Questions were based on C logic and OOPS concepts.
The final round was a behavioral/HR round. However all candidates who reached this round were selected.
So, the main challenge was to clear the first round, and candidates who copied the codes in the questions were also found and questioned. I found this a great quality of the organisation in being fair and just to all candidates.

We were asked a few logic based questions, like finding the column number given in AAA..ZZZ format, or finding valid parenthesis groups in a string of symbols etc.
