They basically hire freshers. Ask them simple basic but conceptual qs. Easy if you are prepared well. Basic oops concepts, basic SQL queries etc. He will hire you anyway if you have atleast 1% concept as they recruite atleast 4-5 candidates each month because no one stay there more than 3-4 months.
