The first interview was with one of the recruiters. They were very pleasant and got down to business quickly. They spoke very highly of the company and explained the next steps. Next was a take-home coding assessment on code signals. There was an arcade mode to do some practice problems, but what was most useful was doing a couple of practice tests. The real assessment was somewhat challenging. There were 4 problem sets, which have built-in tests. I was able to solve 2 and was close to getting the 3rd one. I attempted the 4th one to get some credit. I was told I only needed to solve 1 problem to move to a 2nd interview, so I was pleased to move forward. My 2nd interview (technical) was with TJ. He was easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable. The interview was about 20-30 questions on Javascript and 20-30 questions on React. Some were easy, and others were more advanced. What impressed me the most was they gave me an evaluation of the technical interview. I was accessed as a Jr-Mid JavaScript developer, and a Mid-Level React Developer, and had the soft skills to be a consultant.
