Hiring manager did not communicate requirements clearly to HR when there is a checkbox in his mind. Next time be clear on the domain of candidates you want to HR before requesting candidates for an interview.

The whole interview process was slick, professional and a real pleasure to be part of from the initial contact through to offer.
The interviews were conducted over Microsoft Teams, everyone was very comfortable using video and all 3 interviews went seamlessly as well as any face to face session. All of the interviews were a 2 way process where I could gain an insight both into the role, but also the culture and life at SofwareONE.
I have to commend the talent acquisition recruiter Shiva, the whole process has been professional, communicative and easy thanks to him.
