There were 3 interviews. The first one was soft, the second one technical in ruby (2 back to back interviews with 2 different people), the third one was still soft but oriented more on technical projects.

Explain a technical concept to a non-technical person.
To talk about personal projects.
The hiring interviewer at Softwire gave me questions about things such as my motivations, a time I messed up and how I would do better next time and about a time I collaborated with others.

Online programming test first which was relatively straightforward. A HR interview was after the online test. After the HR interview, there will be the technical interview. Didn't get past the HR interview.
