worst interview as interviewer himself doesn't know the real need and question to ask. this is the real problem with IT outsourcing firm as they want a resource in onsite just for the name and need only the useless managerial experience without knowing the system. worst organizational attitude and really Sogeti have to do something and change the org structure else they will never become a better organization.
