I'm a graduating master student in the US, and came across this company on a virtual career fair that was introduced on the Job Site of my University. My experience for this job application might be the "best" I ever had, because my application was never through their system due to my Birth Year was out of their preferences. Excuse me? It is 2018, and this prefers a pool of candidates who were Born in a certain range of years?!! I don't want to say it, but isn't it so obvious that it is the D-word I was thinking about?? Stay away if you really care what culture you are running into.
