If your profile matches the job description, they will send you a technical assessment on CodeSignal. I am not sure if they look at all the answers as it is pass or fail judged by CodeSignal, but I received a generic rejection email that referred to completing a case study when I actually did not get that far into the application process which is why I believe they have a one-size-fits-all rejection email ready for you. I read many negative reviews about the interview process but I personally will try to apply again in six months if there is still an opening as I would like to work for a start-up.
