The interview was great. One of the greatest explanation of what the business is about. But I felt that they were also kind of on the defensive most of the time because a lot of incompetent tend to apply to software engineer jobs .

Solactive issued a plagiarized well known coding challenge calling it "Unique and exciting task". I had it solved in GitHub few years back, sent them a link. Rejection without a feedback. While putting zero effort on the task definition, they're expecting us to work hard on it? Some severe insecurities and incompetence over there, hope the hiring process get fixed somehow. Wonder if they realize or not they're hiring people who cheated through the coding challenge? In overall, no sign of an expertise seen from the outside.
