I had a phone interview with Solairus. It is disappointing when potential employers take a candidate’s time for an interview, and then don’t have the courtesy to communicate regarding a hiring decision. Applicants/candidates interact with a company and may refer customers to an organization, even if they are not hired.
NOT informing candidates of a hiring decision - effectively “ghosting” them when they follow-up, is disheartening and a poor reflection of customer service. It is almost certain that Solairus would reply if a candidate wanted to book a charter flight. However, inquiries regarding hiring decisions go ignored. I am not the only applicant that has had this experience.
I sincerely hope that in the future - Solairus will consider providing a hiring decision to applicants that they interview.
