Intially the interview consisted of question about what I have been doing in school that relate to the position. They also gave me a summary of the benefits package. They explained the job duties in detail.

I first had a Teams call with the manager, followed by a Teams interview with a panel of three people. It was a very unusual interview, as they simply read behavioral questions from a list for over an hour and expected answers in the STAR format. The experience was uncomfortable, with long pauses that made me think the connection had been lost. Overall, it was not an interactive interview at all.
