Interviewer wanted to do all of the talking. They pushed my interview back 45 minutes. Parking is really tough. Most employees take a bus from College of San Mateo parking lot back to SolarCity lot. A few employees said thats the way it is unless you want to pay $100 per month to park in the front of the building. When I asked questions, interviewer always wove them back into their experience. Most frustrating interview ever. I would not work here even if I had an offer, which I did not get. It was one of those, pit in the bottom of your stomach interviews.....just not a generally good feeling.
Phone screen by recruiter followed by in person by manager and regional director. Follow up from recruiter was good as they kept me updated each step of the way.

I was told to be there 10 minutes early, and I was. While waiting for my interview there was a manager having a management meeting over Skype in the waiting area... for all to hear. I waited for another 20 minutes for my interview to take place. Not a very professional start.

It was great. The management seems like they will work with you on growing the business. They are really aggressive on growing their company. I eventually took another offer elsewhere, but I think working with them could be great for someone with passion and enthusiasm.
