Starts with a phone interview then proceeds to in person interview with position managers at the SolarCity location. Managers are very friendly. I did not feel nervous at all. This has turned out to be an amazing place to start a career. The company is rapidly growing and the employees are not only excited and motivated to work but are pationate about the work they do. the only hope I have is that SolarCity can keep up the level and quality of employeees that can hold the dedication standard.

Was contacted by a recruiter who handled everything very quickly. Received confirmation of face to face interview within 12 hours. Met with two interviewers at a wonderful mall location. Interview went great and I felt I would be a fantastic fit there. Brought everything to the table they could possibly need and more. Received notice a few hours later advising I would not get the opportunity. Very disappointed.

Pretty straightforward. I applied online and was referred by a friend that works at the company. Got a phone interview 2 days later, then went in for a group interview a couple days later. Got the job that day.
