I applied online and within a few days, and I assume because of previous experience I'd had with another company, I was called within a few days of submitting my resume and application. The recruiter that I spoke with had a very good nature and was friendly. That first encounter was my first interview and it was over the phone. It was primarily questions about my applicable work experience. Within a couple of days I was given a face to face interview. During the interview I was quizzed on my knowledge of the company, asked typical interview questions, and given a couple of thinking problems. After the face to face I was given an assessment that focused on my knowledge of electricity, solar energy production principles, and structural engineering.

There was a test. But it was mainly to test the candidate's thinking process. Then there was the typical interview question session. It was pretty simple. Just review interview questions and you'll be fine.
