Aggressive recruiting. Reality = interviewed at the local unemployment office. Rude, arrogant company representative. The interviewer was not interested in me or my prior experience. He only wanted me to say, "Yes. I want to sell solar power to everyone in the world and I believe in this product no matter what." That's all you have to say.

The interview process was fairly straight forward. I was sat down in a room and interviewed by 2, management-level gentlemen. It lasted about 30 minutes. They took some time to make me feel comfortable and warmed up with some questions about myself prior to digging deeper into my resume.
