I sent in my application on a Friday at 10am, was called back to schedule an interview at 10:30am! 3 days later I had an interview face to face with a manager, and they asked questions like what has you interested in working here, what was your previous experience, etc. After that I had a phone interview with the VP of the office the next day, and she was very kind and answered any questions I had, and asked her questions that ran along the same lines as before. Then they called the next day to offer me a job and I jumped on it because of how awesome they are!

A recruiter found my resume online and contacted me. I was then sent multiple interviews, three on one followed by a one on one with management. They cancelled all of the training classes for the rest of 2015 after I had already jumped through all of the circus hoops, so I was put back through the mill and processed for the Inside Sales Associate position. One would think that my interview would of carried over, NOPE! I had to interview again via a two on one and then was invited to a group interview. Seems backwards. Typically you go to a group interview first and then get personal later. I was disappointed with the entire process. Seemed disorganized. I was ill so I did not get a chance to attend the group interview.
