Started with a Phone screen from hiring manager (a current employee told me about the openings, found on LinkedIn, not the SolarCity website); HR called to schedule interviews; Met with hiring manager, Engineering Manager, Commodity Manager, VP of Organization. Each spent 1 hour with me. Took 3 weeks to hear they were going to make me and offer, and another 4 weeks until I started.
