Online application->Phone interview->on-site interview.
The lead was congenial and two of the interviewers had useful suggestions on how to make my resume more useful. Otherwise, the interviewers appeared to desire to be "wow'd" rather than merely dispassionately verifying my extensive dossier. They came into the room in pairs every 30 minutes. Each had the look of someone multitasking while running a marathon. Rather than valuing my proven background for bringing order to chaos, their comments seem to revel living in chaos.

How does one handle a situation where resource constraints prevents one from meeting commitments to a customer? This was asked multiple times by one person, for lack of getting an answer he "liked".

I had a hr interview and then an interview with the director. The director asked me questions about my current experience and some product sense questions. I didnt hear from them and it has been a few weeks since the last interview.

There were 3 interviews in total. The first is a phone call with the HR talking about common things. And second stage of interview was offline with the team manager talking about knowledge of technical stuff like agile,etc. and the third stage was online with the head of heads, very fast interview.

Interview involved 6 rounds with first round being a panel interview. Questions ranged from technical to behavioral and were more or less within expectations of my resume. Interviewers were smart and spent adequate time explaining the role and leaving time for question and answers. Overall the toughest part was staying energetic after several rounds of interviews going through very similar conversations.
