They normally hire at the begining of each quarter, since it is such an intense and competitive environment, you always have new faces every quarter. Don't try to contact them at the end of the month and especially at the end of each quarter. The entire proccess in my case took more than 3 months. It helps if you know an insider.
They start by presenting the company and the details of the position.
Ask you for specific details of past job experiences. In the case of sales, they ask you to explain the funnel sales proccess and if you used salesforce software it's a great advantage.
They will go deeper in the interview.
They will ask you specific questions about:
Innovation - Do you think outside the box?
Background - still working? Why left or want to leave?
Motivation - three must important things in your present job.
Values - Are you successfull? How do you measure success?
Mistakes?
Performance - Are you doing a good or great job?
Teamwork - How do you inspire others?
At the end, they will ask you if you have any questions. They will take notes of your questions and it is important that you ask the right questions.
Take 10 expressos before you go.

Had a phone screen first, then a 1:1, then they wanted an in-person demo. They wanted a full day's work beforehand without paying you for a full day's work. Not realistic expectations or qualifications for the salary proposed.

3 phone calls with one Demo Call. The calls covered basic IT knowledge mixed with some sales related and some presentation skill questions. The interviews were with several members of the organization which was great to be able to get peoples viewpoints from different areas.
