I had applied at the company through a contact who worked there. I got an email scheduling the interview. The interview was conducted with the head of the engineering department and another engineer. It was a relaxed interview. They went over my resume with me and they asked me to explain more about each of my work experiences and technical projects. They then asked some quick questions such as are you experienced with certain softwares and the canadian electrical code.
