I was forced to submit a resume twice, then fill in fields by hand. There were more fields to fill out that Solarity has members. It was needlessly cumbersome. Watching them reject someone with more than two decades of experience in the Credit Union and Human Resources field was fairly stunning, and a powerful indictment on their process.
