Great interview process. Thorough vetting which took a bit longer that I might have hoped, but prompt follow-up and very friendly in-person dynamics. Great first (and lasting) impression. Great company to work for.

Initial Phone Screen and In-person Interview. I was disappointed with the follow-up. It was obvious that the Hiring Manager/Owner had decided to move on, but I received an email a week or more later after following up a few times. It is disappointing to receive info in an untimely manner... especially when you are searching for new opportunities.
