I initially applied on line and then followed up with HR via a phone call. I was interview by only one person. She asked questions about my experience, what brought me to Solid Landings and what I had to offer the company.

I went on a couple of interviews. And within a few days, I was offered the job. Some people just went on one interview and got a phone call back in a few days and or the next day. It will depend on who you know. (sometimes)

It went well, I answered the questions shared my experiences. I shared all the places I worked, my past education as well. I shared some case scenarios that might be helpful and some trainings I did attend too.
