It was terrible. They don’t hire legit coaches. I wouldn’t want to work there. I didn’t enjoy the interview process and I feel like they’re headed in the wrong direction.

First, I had a brief screening phone call with one of the mangers. She then said she would refer me and that I would hear back in a few days. I then got an email for a zoom interview a week later. That interview was fine, but I would have preferred to come in person.

The interview process does not really begin until you commit to the training dates. That training dates consist of 3 weeks of weekends and a weeknight. If you can't make even one of those, you are not selected. Once you commit to all sessions they will send you an offer letter. They do not seem interested in talent or past experience, it is all based on if you pass your audition tape and if you can make the training.
