Hi, I recently went through the selection process for the .NET Full Stack Developer role at Solifi Software India Pvt Ltd. I received a welcome email and submitted all my documents. HR informed me that I need to complete a Microsoft ASP.NET Core MVC course before receiving the offer letter. The course costs around ₹25,000, and HR said it would be reimbursed after completion. I expressed that I need the formal offer letter before paying. HR said they will discuss with the manager and let me know. I’m looking for advice from anyone who has been through Solifi’s hiring process: - Is it standard to ask candidates to pay for training before onboarding? - How long did it usually take for the offer letter to arrive? - Any tips for handling this situation professionally? Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
