I applied, and received an email from a recruiter within a day. Had a brief conversation with the recruiter, then 3 separate 30 min phone interviews with current employees. All interviews were pre-empted by quick, polite emails - all interviews started on time, and none were rrscheduled. During the last interview, I let them know I had a final interview with another company later that week. The next business day, they gave me a heads up in the morning that they were preparing an offer - I received it within the next few hours. Very flexible process.
