It was pretty standard, recruiter call then a meet with the Director of Sales before a mock presentation and deal review with the CRO and segment lead. It was a fair process that takes about 3-5 hours of prep for the last presentation.

5+ 1.5 hour long interviews, So indecisive. Misleading during the process with expectations. Indirectly made me think I was a shoe in for the role until the very end. Overall pretty nice people doing the interview but if you're going to drag interviews out that long atleast pay the applicants for their time!

Spoke with a Talent Acquisition Specialist first. Then did two zoom interview/discussions. Everyone was really welcoming and enthusiastic. Interview questions are very average for an Account Executive role. They really took the time to get to know me and my individual needs and interests.
